We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has hands-on experience building wood and custom iron fences

• Can read and interpret measurements, blueprints, and site plans

• Is skilled with power tools, hand tools, and digging equipment

• Is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work

• Can work both independently and as part of a crew

• Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grade job sites as needed

• Measure and mark fence layouts accurately

• Set posts in concrete and ensure proper alignment

• Install wood panels, custom iron work, and gates to spec

• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites

• Communicate effectively with crew leads and customers

Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer requirements will be very important in helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted fencing provider.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
• Collaborate with our team to generate accurate quotes and proposals for clients, addressing their specific requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for the customer and the company.
• Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with fencing products and industry trends is a plus.
• Actual fencing experience would be great, but not required.
• Lap-top / computer and sales vehicle will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
