Position Overview:

As a Salesperson at City Wide Fence, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and guiding them through our product offerings. You’ll collaborate with our team to develop customized solutions that meet each client’s unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from start to finish. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand customer requirements will be very important in helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted fencing provider.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their fencing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
• Collaborate with our team to generate accurate quotes and proposals for clients, addressing their specific requirements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve win-win outcomes for the customer and the company.
• Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction or fencing industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with fencing products and industry trends is a plus.
• Actual fencing experience would be great, but not required.
• Lap-top / computer and sales vehicle will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
